Tek caught Nomo succesfully (heck, he threw a no hitter!) without knowing Japanese. Also BK Kim without knowing Korean. And I assume countless others without speaking the same language (or does Tek speak Spanish?). SO, I'm not too worried about this aspect, why is this such a real fixation in some media corners.

Theo talked about being in the unfortunate situation last year of having Sept. and Oct. to offseason gameplan. In terms of execution of that offseason game plan, how do you think he would grade himself (judging from all of his offseason remarks)? A, B, C, etc.?
