The Jets chose not to show up …
Bill what are your predictions for the 7th pick? Trade and Keep it?
I believe the Patriots don't feel there is a seventh overall pick type of player there, which makes me believe they may trade back in the first round and pick up a second or third round pick.
But I also wonder if they like one of the left tackles, three of which are expected to go in the top 20. I've been feeling the Patriots might want to move Matt Light to the right side and bring a true left tackle, in the 320 pound range and maybe a tad more athletic, to the fold.
It is tough to predict Belichick's intentions on draft day.
Oh, I know, Owens is still a blabbermouth, but at least his teammates no longer hate him and vice versa, and I haven't heard one bad thing about Glenn since he got there.
I think this could really work for Dallas, and for Jones, if he lets it.
People forget that a lot of Dillon's issues were because he was with an indifferent Cincinatti Bengals team and he could not stand that virtually no one else on that team cared enough to win like he did.
