That applies to pregame predictions - I usually screw up when I make picks before games.

1 - Denver - suddenly has its groove back.

2 - Nobody expected a tie, but for the Eagles to think they'd go to a second OT is symptomatic of how much Andy Reid has deteriorated as a coach.

3 - Get back on the Rodgers bandwagon.

4 - It was a statement game, alright - the Colts are winning again but with a small margin for error.

5 - They're the Aints - you expected better?

6 - Miami has a smaller margin for error than Indy - it showed in an empty win over a punchless Raiders team.

7 - Ravens aren't ready for playoff primetime.

8 - Vikings aren't going anywhere.

9 - Panthers still the NFC South's best; Detroit won't win.

10 - Titans are the real deal; Jaguars aren't - BTW Bill, I caught Peter King on D&H saying the Jags will be gone from Jax sooner or later - where will they go, San Antonio?

11 - How bad is the NFC West? This bad.

12 - The Cardinals are not a real team; sooner or later that will catch up to them.

13 - Norv Turner will be fired after this season, but Pittsburgh is worse than I thought it was under Mike Tomlin.

14 - Redskins are still the Deadskins.

I'm deferring the MNF game until it's actually played.

Re: My NFL picks — Week 12

My picks with the spread - Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, Oakland, Baltimore, Tampa Bay, Detroit, Tennessee, San Francisco, Arizona, San Diego, Washington, Cleveland

Upsets will be Houston, Baltimore, San Diego and Cleveland.
