is Rob going to the boston herald? if so when did this happen and does that mean you will have a new blog with them?

Who ever was responsible for that pre game celebration of the '67 team should be fired, immediately. What a mess that was.

David Scott reports that the Boston Herald might be close to bringing Rob Bradford on board in the next month or so. He also reports on a couple of new hires at NESN.

    Hey Rob -

Just took a look at the slideshow, someone should tell the caption writer, that he/she, should lay off, using so many, commas.

Enjoy the blog, Rob. Hope you can keep it going regardless of what paper you're working for.

Have to comment on the '67 throwback unis worn by the former players during that pregame ceremony. Why in the world did they put the names on the back? Red Sox home jerseys have always been just the numbers...that looked awfully tacky.

I believe Yaz once said after he retired that he would never again dress in full uniform for any type of commemorative ceremony.

    Rob -

Julian Tavarez better watch his back. Devern Hansack is dominating in AAA.

Rob, Congrats on the new gig. I hope you can keep up the blog at the Herald.

Do you think it seemed like Dice-K had a small strike zone last night or was it just me (and my distant upper bleacher seats?)
