Somebody told me lots of cold water keeps you away from sweets.&lt;br&gt;As for even keel, I believe this team is now comfortable with itself and feels it is as good as anybody, if not the best. At the meetings they tell you "don't weigh yourself every day, or you'll go crazy with the little fluctuations.  Just weigh every week."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maybe we should take the same approach with The Sox...  Just check the results and the standings once a week...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yeah, whatever.  I weigh myself every day, too.
